The Nightwolves are hunting
for the portals across the globe in effort to save as many lives as possible from
the Greater Magickal Beings who want to enslave Earth, make peace treaties with
those who just want to be left alone, and ease the death toll as much as
possible from the natural disasters happening over the world in greater
frequency.
A deadly Chess game is on
between The Nightwolves and General Robertson's Dark Coven. Challenge has been
issued and accepted between the two. Both now move their pieces into place that
could lead to a bloody end game. While the moves are crossing the board, Cat's
children find their own games to play that could turn deadly for all of them.
Christoph must answer his
calling for a mate or risk losing his soul. Crimson has been hiding a secret
from his mother that could harm the Nightwolves as a whole. Craven finds
himself in a position he is too young for. Cat runs across the board trying to
save her kids and finds herself in danger of being taken out of the game.
